For Cyrille, real estate is the link between his academic background, his experience at the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA), and the world of finance. Representation, preparation, negotiation, and satisfaction are as much motives as they are capacities that drive him to surpass the needs of an upper-scale clientele. His desire to create, exceed and bring parties together correspond with his clients’ high expectations during every one of his real estate transactions. Cyrille’s ability to represent both sellers and buyers is based on his solid personal and professional background, which is well suited to the real estate field.
Cyrille began his career in luxury real estate and rapidly created a portfolio of outstanding properties throughout the province. Over the years, he not only represented exceptional homes, but also a diverse clientele of local and international buyers and sellers. He is specialized in the sale of condominiums and is the exclusive broker for two high-end projects in Downtown Montreal that have had record sales as of now: the classy Sir George Simpson and the iconic Four Seasons Private Residences Montreal. Thanks to his expertise, great discretion, knowledge and experience, Cyrille has over the years forged himself an enviable place in the Montreal luxury real estate world.
Holder of a bachelor degree and two master’s degrees in both urban studies and economics, his first professional experience was with the Canadian Centre of Architecture, a world-renowned research facility and museum in Montreal. He first met Phyllis Lambert, founder of the CCA, after winning an international contest at Harvard University’s acclaimed Graduate School of Design, in Cambridge USA. He then entered the world of finance as a portfolio manager for the TD Canada Trust Bank, a position he hold for several years.
